At ETG, we aim to make booking and payments simple and flexible. Below is our cancellation policy for trips paid via Cash on Delivery (COD).

1. Payment Method

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.

  • You will pay for your trip in cash at the time of service, before the trip begins.

2. Cancellation Terms

  • Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the trip starts.

  • Cancellations must be made via phone or WhatsApp only.

  • No cancellations will be accepted within 24 hours of the trip.

  • Failure to cancel in time may result in future booking restrictions.

3. How to Cancel

To cancel, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance:
